About James:
A graduate of Emory School of Law, James has an extensive background in Economics and Accounting. James previously worked in the corporate section at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld where he was involved in numerous entity creation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review and a variety of other corporate and business related activities. Before entering into private practice, James was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for an international construction company. As such, James was actively involved in both business management and handling the daily legal issues. Additionally, James headed the Human Resources department, insurance risk department and was actively involved in the financial aspects of the business.
