Molly is originally from the Rio Grande Valley and is a sixth-general Texan. During law school she worked in the Immigration Clinic at the Community Justice Center, was a staff writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal, and interned for the Honorable Judge Edward C. Prado United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Molly began her legal career practicing general business litigation and municipal law. Molly has practiced tax law with an emphasis on tax controversies and offshore account disclosures. Most recently Molly worked with a small law firm in San Antonio handling condemnation, municipal law and civil appeals. An active participant in the San Antonio legal community, in 2013 Molly was awarded the Bexar County Women's Bar Association's Belva Lockwood Outstanding Young Lawyer award.
Outside of her law practice Molly serves on the Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio Board of Directors and is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Fox Tech High School Law Magnet Program. During her free time she enjoys exploring the city center and discovering new restaurants and galleries.
