Charis Schultz

Charis Schultz joined ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM in 2024 as part of the Administration Team. Motivated by her entrepreneurial spirit and interest in the legal field, Charis brings curiosity, ambition, and a fresh perspective to her work at RLF.

Originally from New York, Charis began studying Business Administration at the State University of New York before moving to Texas, where she plans to continue her education. Charis has quickly come to appreciate the firm’s close-knit culture and the way RLF fosters inclusion and connection.

Charis cares deeply about women’s health rights and childhood protection. During college, she was active in a women’s empowerment group, organizing food and clothing drives, and participating in breast cancer walks. That same passion for advocacy continues to guide her today.

Outside of work, Charis enjoys dance and Pilates, traveling, vintage shopping, and making pottery. She is an avid reader, a live music fan, and always on the hunt for new restaurants to try. Charis is also preparing for her first solo trip—something she’s both excited and proud to take on.
