We also realize our clients may not want to start a business of their own, but rather, prefer to acquire an existing entity. We strive to help our clients make an informed decision about the business they wish to purchase and guide them through the buying process. Our firm can also assist clients who wish to sell their own businesses or merge with other existing entities.
Our firm is well versed in the drafting and negotiating of merger agreements, asset purchase agreement, stock purchase agreements, as well as associated documents such as employment contracts, non-compete agreements and opinion letters.
