Catherine A. Byers

Catherine is a Senior Associate Attorney and head of Estate Planning and Probate at ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM. Catherine joined the firm in 2021.

Catherine is from San Antonio and brings a unique background to her work in the legal field. With a mother in education and a father who worked as a doctor, Catherine grew up with a strong sense of service and compassion.

Catherine is a proud alumna of Texas A&M University and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in communication. She returned to school to earn a law degree from Michigan State University in 2015.

Catherine takes pride in her ability to approach each case individually. She firmly believes in treating every client as a unique person with specific needs and circumstances. Taking the time to get to know her clients personally and understanding their stories is central to her approach. Catherine’s hardworking nature and her desire to always stay busy contributes to her success in providing top-notch legal services.

Outside of work, Catherine is a dedicated Spurs fan and loves attending games. She also enjoys rock shows, movies, and musicals. She especially enjoys Wicked and Chicago. In her free time, Catherine works as a special needs consultant providing her legal expertise in preparings trust and obtaining guardianship to families with loved ones who have disabilities. She also helped frontline workers at the start of the COVID pandemic with setting up basic estate plans.
