ABOUT NICOLE
Nicole has 16 years of commercial and civil litigation experience in state and federal court as well as various administrative proceedings. Nicole represents clients in disputes involving breach of contract, premises liability, deceptive trade practices, wage and hour, sexual harassment, fraud, construction defects, and professional liability matters. Nicole has defended business owners in numerous fatality cases and other catastrophic loss cases, and when necessary, negotiated high-value settlements that limit unnecessary client exposure.
Nicole is active in local bar associations and has been a featured speaker at numerous CLE events, discussing the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. Nicole is the immediate past President of the Bexar County’s Women’s Bar Association and Foundation.
Nicole graduated from St. Mary’s Law School in 2005. While in law school Nicole was the President of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society, a member of the International Jessup Moot Court Team, and research assistant for the Center for Terrorism Law.
