Barbara Hankins is a Transactional Paralegal in the Houston office of ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM, where she supports the firm’s real estate and corporate matters. She brings more than twenty years of experience across real estate, corporate, public finance, and oil and gas work.
Barbara began her career as an office manager and paralegal, spending nearly fourteen years handling corporate minute books, closing documents, and complex real estate and mineral transactions involving many parcels, owners, and counties. She has since worked in commercial title, mineral land records, HOA collections, and public finance. Most recently she supported municipal utility and emergency service districts, drafting agendas, orders, easements, and annexation documents, and preparing closing documents for district bond financings.
Barbara earned her Associate’s degree through the ABA-approved Legal Assistant program at North Harris County College (now Lone Star College). She is also a Texas Notary Public.
Outside the office, Barbara has been a volleyball official with the Texas Association of Sporting Officials since 2015. She is also a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where she serves on the Asset Management Committee.
