Daniela Montserrat Martinez is an Intake Specialist at ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM, where she is often the first person a prospective client speaks with. She joined RLF in 2025, bringing a background in legal administration and a bilingual, client-first approach to every conversation.
Daniela began her legal career as a legal secretary at a San Antonio immigration law firm, where she managed attorney calendars, prepared and filed legal documents, and maintained case files and docketing deadlines across a high-volume caseload. She also drafted fee agreements and processed client payments, work that sharpened both her attention to detail and her instinct for keeping people informed at every step.
Daniela holds a Bachelor of Arts in International and Global Studies from St. Mary’s University. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and she brings that fluency to the intake process, making sure every caller can explain their situation in the language they are most comfortable speaking.
Community service has been a throughline in Daniela’s life. She has volunteered with Brother Bill’s Helping Hands, supporting food pantry operations that serve families in need, and has tutored students and coordinated a peer Buddy Program at the Boys and Girls Club. She also taught swim lessons and assisted with competitive swim team coaching at the Lakewest YMCA.
