Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Erica earned her B.A. in Communication from UTSA and was previously elected to serve on the inaugural executive board for the National Society of Leadership and Success at San Antonio College. She also holds an active notary commission through the American Association of Notaries and has been re-commissioned multiple times since 2015.
Erica’s legal career began by helping a relative who was an Attorney, which sparked a lasting interest that led her to earn a degree in Paralegal Studies and work full time in a law office. She thrives in fast-paced legal environments and was immediately drawn to RLF’s positive culture and welcoming atmosphere. The moment she stepped through the door, she knew it was a place she could grow and contribute.
Erica was homeschooled from sixth grade through high school and takes pride in the nontraditional path that shaped her work ethic. When not at the firm, she enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family, including their beloved rescue dogs, Janet and Reagan.
