Julia is a Senior Associate Attorney who focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, elder law, and guardianship, with particular interests in planning for families with minor children, individuals with disabilities, and clients navigating complex probate and Medicaid-related issues. Julia joined ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM in 2025.
Julia regularly advises clients on intermediate and advanced estate planning strategies, including tax-efficient planning, liability protection, and disability protection planning. A significant portion of her practice involves Medicaid planning, both long-term pre-planning and emergency situations, as well as the creation and administration of special needs trusts. She also guides clients through probate and trust administration from inception to close and represents families in guardianship matters for both minors and adults.
Julia’s professional interests are deeply reflected in her leadership roles and professional involvement. She serves on the Texas Probate Pattern Jury Charge Committee and is an active member of the San Antonio Estate Planners’ Council, the Texas Bar College, and the Will’s, Trusts, and Probate Section of the San Antonio Bar Association. She is a graduate of the Leadership State Bar of Texas, underscoring her commitment top professional excellence and service within the legal community.
In addition to her practice, Julia is a frequent speaker on estate planning and probate topics. She has presented for the National Business Institute on matters including estate planning for clients with minor children, special needs trusts, and Texas probate procedures. She also regularly presents to community and educational organizations on navigating guardianships and probate issues.
Julia is equally committed to public service. She volunteers with San Antonio Legal Services Association (SALSA) Wills Clinic, providing estate planning services to individuals who might not otherwise have access to legal counsel, and supports community organizations such as SNIPSA and Men Who Cook. Her dedication to pro bono service has been recognized with the Most Pro Bono Cases Handled Award from Lone Star Legal Aid.
