Timothy Power

Timothy C. Power joined ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM as Of Counsel in January of 2025, bringing over 40 years of legal experience to the team. Since 1982, Tim has been dedicated to serving clients in the Kingwood-Humble area, offering strategic legal counsel across multiple practice areas. In 1997, he founded The Power Law Firm, a full-service law firm committed to providing comprehensive legal solutions.

A third-generation Houstonian, Tim moved to Kingwood in 1975 after spending part of his childhood in Australia, where his father was a missionary. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Harding College in 1979 before obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Houston. Licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts of Texas, Tim is highly respected in the legal community for his expertise and ethical practice.

Tim is a Certified Mediator and has played a pivotal role in resolving disputes outside the courtroom. With over 30 years of mediation experience, he has attended countless mediations and successfully settled more than 90% of cases before trial.

In addition to his legal work, Tim is deeply committed to his community. For nearly a decade, he has served as an elder at Kingwood Church of Christ, following in the footsteps of his father, who ministered there for 16 years. His passion for family, faith, and helping others is evident in every aspect of his career.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his four adult children and twelve grandchildren.
